OK. Time to remember to breathe...can't just schedule that in. Yes, I'm feeling I'm at the top of the hill on a roller coaster and things are about to get going really fast. Between back to school stuff, fall activities starting, home life, work, and getting new projects going, time is in big demand right now. So with all of that going on, how can one fit in the time for Reiki and meditation before crashing into bed at the end of the day?
Well, my best plan for this is to be organized and try to schedule that time in just like all other activities are scheduled. My guess is that this is not always going to work out, but I AM going to give it the best try. I think that once I'm into the rhythm of it all, it will fall into place and I'll feel all the better for it. In a time where I'll be expending a lot of energy in a lot of different places, it only makes sense to make time to recharge and relax. Gotta remember to not be hard on myself if all doesn't go as planned - I'll just have to adjust to what works. This time going into things, I definitely feel more connected to knowing that making time for Reiki and meditation on a daily basis is going to be a huge asset for me and well worth the work to make time for it. I think it will help me to keep my sanity through all of these busy times. I'll report on how this is working out. Gotta get going to make sure that I have time tonight for it. Peace and love to you.
